If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Approved returns can be resolved with a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. Some items — such as intimate goods, perishables, and made-to-order products — may not be eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our side.
